Below CHF 150k in Switzerland, direct procurement is possible (no tender). Above, heavier procedures apply. Boutiques typically work from CHF 25k to 400k; Tier 1 consultancies rarely start below CHF 300k.
Healthcare (ISO 62304, MDR, CE marking, nFADP, HRA), finance (FINMA), personal data (GDPR). Each domain has its specialists — prefer an agency with real vertical experience.
A health project is not an e-commerce one. MedTech, deep tech, sports, media, banking, administration: each has its own constraints. An agency already familiar with your sector will move 2–3x faster.
