The Equipass public website and the CMS that keeps it multilingual.

Context

Equipass is the horse identification, biosecurity and traceability solution of an international sports federation based in Lausanne. It serves owners, veterinarians, officials and national federations worldwide.

Since 2024, Appik Studio has designed and developed the public website equipass.org and the CMS behind it. The digital passport itself is outside this engagement.

What we built

• A public website presenting identification, biosecurity and traceability, with documentation, news and filterable biosecurity alerts.
• A CMS that lets the federation's team publish pages, articles, documentation and newsletters without a developer.
• AI translation built into the CMS: one click translates content from its English version, and the team reviews it before publishing.
• An article-writing assistant that applies Equipass's editorial guidelines: audience, tone, structure and format.
• Search optimisation for search engines and AI assistants: structured data, declared language versions and content AI tools can read.
• A bot-protected newsletter sign-up, with subscriber export for the team.

Results

• The team publishes, translates and writes its content independently.
• One source feeds every language on the site, so translation work comes down to a review.
